Colonies Crossroads will have two new dining options come year’s end.

Oggi’s Pizza and Brewing, and California Fish Grill will occupy two buildings now under construction in the center.

The addition of the two restaurants brings the center “to 100 percent occupancy for the entire colonies project,” said Brad Umansky, president and founder of Progressive Real Estate Partners, the brokerage firm handling the deal. “There is currently no available space within the shopping center for further major development.”

Southern California continues to draw new restaurants, according to Paul Galmarini, a broker with Progressive Real Estate Partners.

“There continues to be a strong demand for new restaurants in Southern California’s Inland Empire market and Colonies Crossroads is excited to bring these new dining options to the community,” he said.

Oggi’s Pizza and Brewing, a sports-themed microbrewery restaurant, will occupy a 5,240-square-foot building.

Jim Gotses, director of real estate and franchise development for Oggi’s said the company has 17 stores in Southern California.

“We’re hoping to bring to the community a good family restaurant that also focuses on great food and we’re a sports-themed venue, so we’ll have 30 to 40 televisions throughout the restaurant where folks can not only dine, but we’ll have good craft beer,” Gotses said. “We’ll have 30 beer handles.”

Since opening 10 years ago, the 1 million-square-foot center has continued to increase its retail and restaurant offerings, with 230,000 additional square feet of retail space.
